What do you get if you stand near the exit to a petrol station? A little more than I bargained for.

On my walk back to work following my lunch break, like I’ve done many times before, I came across this black car, leaving the petrol station. Problem was that he wasn’t looking out for pedestrians as one is supposed to when crossing a combined footpath and cyclepath.

As a result, he drives over my feet leaving me to hobble.

So, what do you get? An abraised shin from wheelspin and a crushed, bruised and swollen foot. Could have been worse. No broken bones luckily but a fair amount of pain.
